Project Post-Doctoral Fellows job opportunities in Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur 

Minimum qualification: PhD from a reputed University/Institute and an excellent track record and publications/patents in the area of cybersecurity

Desired qualification: 

• ·    Either (for 1 position)
  

Experience with hardware implementation of cryptographic primitives

Experience in development of coprocessing in ASIC and FPGA platforms

Excellent Knowledge of Cryptography and Cyber Security

Excellent Knowledge of VLSI Design

Knowledge of Side Channel Analysis

Proof of scientific writing skills

Experience and publications in Machine Learning based techniques for malware detection

Experience and publications in Machine learning techniques for anomaly detection

Excellent Knowledge of Cyber Security Threat Models, Malware internals, Sandboxing, Honeypot techniques

Proof of scientific writing skills

•      Fluency in English language to make presentations and report writing
  
• ·   PhD completion proof at least in the form of provisional certificate is required.
  

No. of positions: 2 (two)

Consolidated Salary: 50000 INR per month.

Working hours: 8:30 am to 6 pm (Monday to Saturday).

Duration: Appointment will be made initially for one year and can be extended up to three years or till the end of the project whichever is earlier, subject to satisfactory performance. Performance reviews will be held weekly. The appointment can be terminated at any time if found unsatisfactory.
