Project Research Associate/Project Technician/Data Entry Operator/Senior Project Assistant Job Opportunity in NIMR National Institute of Malaria Research on contract and purely temporary basis
Project: Safety and Efficacy of 5-aminolevulinic acid hydrochloride (5 ALA-HCI)
1: Project Research Associate (Grade-I)/02 Post
Essential Qualification: Ph. D degree in Life Sciences with at least one research publication in SCI indexed journals
Desirable qualifications:
(i) Experience in Entomology work/vector borne diseases, lab work in scientific Institutes or research organizations.
(ii) Knowledge on Good Laboratory Practices or working experience in Quality Control and testing in recognised laboratories
(iii) Knowledge in computers
Age: 40 years (42 years for Women candidates)
Salary: INR 46800 pm (Rs 36000 basic + 30% HRA)
2: Project Research Assistant/02 Post
Essential Qualification: Graduate in Life sciences with three years research experience (or) Masters degree in Life Sciences
Desirable qualifications: (i) Experience in Entomology work/vector borne diseases, lab work in scientific Institutes or research organizations.
Age: upto 30 years
Salary: INR 31000.00 p.m. consolidated
3: Project Technician Grade III/01 Post
Essential Qualification: Intermediate or 12th pass in Biological Science subjects plus two years diploma in medical laboratory technology (or) one year diploma in DMLT plus one year experience in Govt. recognised laboratory (or) two years experience in insectary maintenance and conduction of bioassays, data collection in field in a Government Institution or recognised Institute. *B.Sc. in biological science subjects shall be treated as three years experience.
Desirable qualifications: Experience in mosquito rearing and colonization, lab work in scientific Institutes or research organizations
Age: upto 30 years
Salary: Rs 18000 p.m. consolidated
4: Project Technician Grade I/02 Post
Essential Qualification: High School or equivalent with one year experience in laboratory work from Government Institution or recognised Institute *Intermediate in biological science subjects shall be treated as 2 years experience
Desirable qualifications: Experience in mosquito rearing and colonization, lab work in scientific Institutes or research organizations
Age: upto 25 years
Salary: Rs 16000 p.m. consolidated
5: Senior Project Assistant (UDC)/01 Post
Essential Qualification:
(i) Intermediate or 12th pass from a recognised board with 5 years experience of Administrative work (or) Graduate in any discipline with two years experience in administrative work and
(ii) A speed of not less than 8000 key depressions per hour through speed test on computer.
Age: 28
Salary: Rs 17000 p.m. consolidated
6: Data Entry Operator Grade B/01 Post
Essential Qualification:
(i) Intermediate or 12th pass in science stream with DOEACC ‘A” level from a recognised Institute or two experience in EDP work in a government organization, PSU, autonomous and other recognised organization
(ii) A speed of not less than 8000 key depressions per hour through speed test on computer
Age: 28
Salary: Rs. 18000. P.m. consolidated
