National Centre for Disease Informatics and Research (NCDIR) invites application for the position Project Scientist B
I. 'Setting up of Hospital Based Cancer Registry in Regional Cancer Centre at ICMR-NCDIR, Bengaluru'. (Upto six months and may be extended)
1. Post Name: Project Scientist B (Medical)
No of Post: 01
Salary: Rs. 68,875/-
Qualification: MBBS degree with one-year Research Teaching experience or MD in Community Medicine/ Pathology/ PSM from a recognized university.
Desirable: MBBS degree with one-year Research Teaching experience or MD in Community Medicine/Pathology/PSM from a recognized university.
Job Description: To develop for programmes research and training related to the project and to assistance provide in conducting research for prevention and control of cancer and Other non- communicable diseases in India. to undertake monitoring / coordination / data management / report writing and publication or any other work as per requirement from time to time
Place of duty: ICMR-National Centre for Disease Informatics and Research, Bengaluru.
II. 'Incidental Gall Bladder Cancer / Pre malignant Gall Bladder and Gall Bladder Carcinoma: a Multi Centric Study at ICMR-NCDIR Bengaluru. (Upto six months and may be extended)
2. Post Name: Project Scientist B (Medical)
No of Post: 01
Salary: Rs. 68,875/-
Qualification: MBBS degree with one-year Research / Teaching experience or MD in Community Medicine/ Pathology/ PSM from a recognized university.
Desirable: (i) Additional Post-Doctoral Research / teaching in the relevant subjects in recognized institute(s). (ii) Knowledge of Computer Applications. (iii) Trained in Public Health Epidemiology / Research methodology Hospital Administration. (iv) Post Graduate Qualification in Epidemiology or Public Health (MAE/MPH/Msc/ Ph. D) Hospital Administration or 2 years'

Salary: Rs. 61,000/-
Qualification: MBBS degree with one- year Research / Teaching experience or MD in Medicine/PSM/ Community Medicine/ Pediatrics from a recognized university.
Desirable: (i) Trained in Public Health / Epidemiology / Research methodology. (ii) Additional Research / teaching experience in the relevant subjects in recognized institute(s). (i i) Knowledge Of Computer Applications. (iv) Post Graduate Qualification in Epidemiology or Public Health (MAE / MPH / Msc / Ph. D) . (v) Good writing / communication skills.
