Project Scientist
Qualification: Ph.D. in Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/ Botany/ Life Science / Biological Science with uniformly outstanding academic record and clear potential for high quality R&D work. Experience in techniques related to plant molecular biology/ Plant transformation/analysis of transgenic plants with at least two publications in high impact factor SCI journals .

Pay Scale: Rs.40000
Research Associate
Qualification: Ph.D. in Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/ Botany/ Life Science / Biological Science /Bioinformatics/ Genetics/ Microbiology Experience in techniques related to plant molecular biology/ Plant transformation/ analysis of transgenic plants with at least two publications in high impact factor SCI journals or Experience in molecular markers, genetic mapping, QTL analysis , molecular biology techniques and other computational data analysis.
Age: 35 years
Pay Scale : Rs.36000/- p.m.+ HRA
JRF (Project)/ PA Level II
For JRF : M.Sc. in Biotechnology /Life Science/ Biochemistry/ Botany/ Plant Molecular Biology with CSIR/UGC/ICMR/ ICAR/DBT NET-JRF/LS/GATE qualifications. For PA II: M.Sc. (55%) in one of the above subjects. Experience with tissue culture in tomato/ tobacco. Experience of working with techniques related to Molecular Biology.

institutes of the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR),
New Delhi. Originally set up as the National Botanic Gardens (NBG) by
