Project Scientist/Senior Project Scientist Job vacancies in IIT Mandi
Title of various research project: 'Development of Indigenous Photoresists Technology for Semiconductor Industries: Impact on Indian Economy, Skilled Manpower Development and Employment Possibility'.
Eligibility :For postdoc: Ph.D. (awarded or thesis submitted) in relevant areas.
Areas for which we are looking for postdoctoral fellow: 1. Innovative material chemist/physicist/ nanotechnologist/ engineer with capability to synthesize and characterize nanoparticles of size below 10 nm. Strong instrumentation background in characterization of nanomaterials is essential. 2. Person with knowledge in photophysics or photochemistry of nanomaterials, particularly metal nanoparticles (below 10 nm). Prior experience in clean room facility, simulation/ modelling of nanomaterials, knowledge of lithography particularly resists formulation, thin film optimization, developing condition optimization, pre/ post-bake temperature optimization, patterning using electron beam lithography, and pattern transfer using etching technique will be a plus. The position mentioned above require the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic group.
