Project Staff-A-I/ JRF Electronics jobs recruitment in Centre for Materials for Electronics Technology (C-MET)
A.SERB-DST entitled “Development of Nano NTC composition based sub millimeter sized thermal sensors for low temperature applications”
1.Project Staff-A-I/ Junior Research Fellow (JRF) /1 Post
Qualification: First class/60% marks in BTech in Electronics JRF will be offered only to those having NET or MTech in Electronics.
2.Project Staff-B-I/ Junior Research Fellow (JRF)/1 Post
Qualification: First class/60% marks in M.Sc in Physics/Chemistry /Material Science JRF will be offered only to those qualified NET
Age Limit: Not exceeding 28 years as on 31 st March, 2018
Pay Scale :Project Staff : Rs. 16000/- per month (consolidated) plus HRA with annual increment of Rs. 500/-. For JRF : Rs.25000/- per month (Consolidated) plus HRA for the first two years and Rs.28000/- per month (consolidated) plus HRA for the third year on up grading to SRF.
B. For the Project Sponsored By ARMREB entitled “Development of supercapacitor bank for electronic time fuse application”
1. Project Staff-A-II/ Junior Research Fellow (JRF)/1 Post
Qualification:First class/60% marks in BTech in Electronics
2.Project Staff-B-II/ Junior Research Fellow (JRF)/1 Post
Qualification: First class/60% marks in M.Sc in Physics/Chemistry /Material Science
Project Staff /JRF: Rs.25000/- per month (Consolidated) plus HRA for the first two years and Rs.28000/- per month (consolidated) plus HRA for the third year on up grading to SRF
