Advertisement for the Post of Project Technical Assistant (Network and CC Lab)
Essential Educational Qualification B.E./B. Tech (Computer Science/Information Technology/ Electrical Engineering/ Electronics & Communication Engineering)/ MCA/ M.Sc. (Computer Science/Information Technology) from a recognized University/Institutions.
Essential Experience 1.5 years of experience in reputed National Institute such as IITs, NITs, IISERs etc in the following areas : 1. Installation and troubleshooting of Windows/Linux/Mac OS as well as various software packages. 2. Familiar with installation and troubleshooting of scientific application on Windows and Linux environment. 3. Installation and troubleshooting Network Printer, Scanner, Antivirus and VPN Client. 4. Familiar with Network protocols like TCT/IP, UDP, POP, SMTP, SFTP, HTTP, HTTPS, DNS, DHCP etc. 5. Familiar with Cisco Routing Protocol, Cisco Wireless Controller, manage Switch Access Point etc. 6. Familiar with network management tools such as Solarwinds, OpenNMS or similar.
Age limit The candidate should not be over 40 years of age as on the last date of submission of online applications.
