Job Description

• Research and Qualify Public Sector IT opportunities through web portals, paid subscriptions which include but not limited to Input, FBO, GSA eBuy, eVA, MD Market Place and other portals
• Proposal Writing, proposal, RFP, RFQ, Federal. Research for IT and Software Services RFP, RFI, RFQ opportunities from Public Sector entities in USA such as Federal, State and Local Governments
• Match best fit opportunities based on our core competencies and likelihood of win
• Support all phases of the proposal development process including review and understanding of the RFP opportunity requirements, merging of product write-ups, drafting new content, copy editing, and rewrites.
• Prepare and maintain a library of templates for responses to RFI, RFQ, RFP and more
• Work closely with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) to draft concise, complete, and clear proposal responses to customer requirements and/or questions in accordance with established company guidelines.
• Facilitate internal requests for information relating to existing contracts, including coordination with internal legal resources for contract interpretation and identification of core terms for internal stakeholders.
• Assist US Office with research and Proposal Preparation and Presentation in word, Power Point or other presentation means
• Assist in the management and improvement of procedures for contract approval workflows. Work closely with key stakeholders, such as Revenue Operations and Accounting, to update and facilitate the timely and effective execution of such procedures and improvements
• Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies.
• To prepare, consolidate, validate, analyze & audit data & generate reports.
  

Education:

• B.Tech, B.Sc, B.Com
• M.B.A preferred
