Protein Chemistry Analyst /Bioassay Expert

Institute of Biologicals on contract basis.
2-Protein Chemistry Analyst
Qualification: M.Sc. in Biochemistry or Biotechnology or Microbiology/M.Pharma/M. Tech (Biotech) with 3 years of experience OR PhD in the above mentioned subject Experience: Preference will be given to skilled Protein analytical chemist who has worked with on physiochemical characterization of Therapeutic Monoclonal antibodies in reputed Labs/Institute.
The candidate should be proficient in the below mentioned analytical chemistry methods: Expertise in HPLC/LC-MS for Amino acid sequence (full as well as N and / or C terminal), peptide mapping, Glycoforms and other modifications like Phosphorylation, acetylation, Myrsitoylation, esterification, etc. Capillary electrophoresis, IEX-HPLC for charge variants and Aggregates analysis by SEC – HPLC, SDS-PAGE, IEF, disulphide bridges analysis, Western blotting.
Maximum Age: 40 years as on 01/07/2017.
Fixed Remuneration: Rs.50,000
3- Bioassay Expert
Qualification: M.Sc. in Microbiology or Biotechnology or Biochemistry/M. Tech (Biotech) with 5 years of experience OR Phd OR PhD in the above mentioned subject with 2 Years of experience. Experience: Preference will be given to skilled technical experts who are having experience in development & validation of Cell Based assay (CDC or ADCC) & binding assays related to therapeutic monoclonal antibodies & worked in reputed Labs/institute. The candidate should be proficient in the below mentioned methodologies & bioassay categories: Cell culture methods (suspension & adherent cell lines) viz.2. Cell proliferation assay, Apoptosis and cell death assays, Signalling and secretion assays, Binding assay using Flow cytometer, Host cell protein & Host cell DNA analysis.
Maximum Age: 50 years as on 01/07/2017.
Fixed Remuneration: Rs.75,000 /- p.m
