We are seeking a creative & results-driven Communications Specialist/Public Relations Manager with exceptional public speaking and writing skills. Ideal candidate is expected to be a strategic thinker with a meticulous attention to detail, working well under pressure and meeting deadlines. You will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of various publicity campaigns, ensuring that our brand image remains consistent and positive while expanding it to a wider audience.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating all public relations activities
• Developing PR & looking after Customer Relation Management
• Manage inquiries and interview requests
• Tracking campaign success and media coverage
• Addressing negative press or PR crises if they occur
• Ensuring brand consistency in all marketing content
• Developing connections with media outlets and influential accounts
• Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results on a quarterly basis
• Conducting market research and presenting reports
• Act as a company spokesperson; comfortable and skilled in both broadcast and print media interviews
• Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management
• Managing public relations budget
• Reporting to CMO/Head of Branding

Requirements:

• Proven work experience of 4-5 years in related field with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a PR firm
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism or relevant field, Master's Degree preferred
• Portfolio of successful campaigns you have overseen
• Expert knowledge of social media, online marketing, and internet culture
• Creative thinking with an affinity for innovation and problem solving
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• In-depth understanding of web and marketing analytics
