REQUIREMENT: Public Relations Executive

NUMBER OF YEARS OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: 1-3 YEARS
We see this phase of the career as one of setting stage to become mature professionals.

ESSENTIAL ROLE:

EXPERIENCE:

PREFERRED: Experience with a PR agency and basic understanding of Public Relations activities, news media, current news and developments

ESSENTIAL:

Good spoken and written communication skills. Grammatically correct English with focus on spellings, structure, nuance.
Ability to convert a spoken brief into a well-written document. High degree of application, high quality work and willingness to work stretch hours as required by clients.

REQUIREMENTS OF PUBLIC RELATIONS INDUSTRY:

Public Relations industry is a highly competitive field which is price sensitive.
Small agencies and large agencies compete for the same accounts.
Clients interested in quality of relationships with stakeholders, understanding of the brand, quality of creativity, high levels of availability, short response time, quality of content, strong intellectual content and great understanding of media.

PERSONAL ABILITIES:

Good communication skills.
Great presentation skills.
Good written and oral skills.
Ability to grasp concepts.
Perseverance, persistence and ability to get along with people. Good presentability, personality essential.
SALARY: Based on performance that has to be first proven in our organization. Candidates looking for large jumps need not apply.
