Essential Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Optimize all aspects of our affiliate program through established and new networks;
  
• Manage affiliate relations, communication, and recruitment;
  
• Strong sales, negotiation, analytical and implementation skills;
  
• Communicate with affiliates via email and telephone, answering inquiries about
  
• Critique and optimize affiliate offerings on an individual and general basis;
  
• Ability to understand and verbalize technical language involved in affiliate implementation;
  
• Aggressively drive sales and program efficiencies;
  
• Motivate affiliates to provide maximum exposure and revenues;
  
• Track & analyze metrics to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the program(s)
  
• Coming up with PR strategies
  
• Building relationships with the media
  
• Writing press releases and calling around whenever you’re trying to generate publicity
  
• Writing reports on media coverage data
  
• Overseeing content production (adverts, videos, social media and online PR stunts)
  
• Overseeing market research
  
• Bringing in new business opportunities
  
• Managing client relationships
  
• Overseeing social media PR strategies
  

• Proven ability to multi-task, deliver exceptional results and motivate/ manage others in fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  
• Outstanding written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
  
• Keen sense for building a strong external sales force.

• Proven working experience in public relations required.
  
• Proven track record designing and executing successful public relations campaigns at both a local and national level.
  
• Strong relationships with both local and national business and industry media outlets.
  
• Experience in acting as a company spokesperson; comfortable and skilled in both broadcast and print media interviews.
  
• Exceptional writing and editing skills.
  
• Solid experience with social media including blogs, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
