Job Description
Junior Research Fellow on a contractual basis for the period of six months or till the termination of the project whichever is earlier.
Name of the Scheme/Project:“Role of ethylene in aerenchyma formation in cotton under waterlogged conditions CSS-70 (PC-6370)”
Qualifications: -
1. B.Sc(Agri/Life sciences) with minimum OCPA 6.00/10.00 basis or 60% Marks.
2. Master's Degree in Botany/Plant Breeding/ Agronomy/ Plant Pathology/ Entomology /Soil Science/ with minimum OCPA 6.50/ 10.00 basis or 65% marks.
Note -
1) The candidate who does not possess a Master’s degree in the relevant subject, but possesses Ph.D. A degree in the discipline required at a Master’s level shall be eligible for the post
Note 2) Preference will be given to candidates having Experience in Plant Physiology.

Pay Scale: Rs. 31000/- per month fixed + 16% HRA
Job Responsibilities:-
To conduct the research works in the field and lab as per the technical program of the project.
Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
