Job Description
Punjab Agricultural University (PAU) invites application for the position Research Fellow
Project: "All India Coordinated Research Project on Long Term Fertilizer Experiments, ICAR-20 (PC-2021)”.
Educational Qualifications: B.Sc./B.Sc. (Agriculture) with minimum OCPA of 6.00/10.00 basis or 60% marks. M.Sc. in Soil Science with minimum OCPA 6.50/10.00 basis or 65% marks with Master’s degree in the relevant subject with 4/5 years of Bachelor’s degree having Ist division or 60% marks or equivalent overall grade point average, with at least three years of research experience as evidenced from Fellowship/Associateship/Training/ other engagements as circulated vide F.No. 2.9/2012- HRD dated 25-4-2014 and one research paper in Science Citation Index (SCI)/NAAS rated (4.0) Journal as per OM No.SR/S9/Z.09/2018 of DST dated 30-01-2019. OR Ph.D. in Soil Science.
Desirable: Experience in soil, water, plant nutrient budgeting and greenhouse gas analysis.

Salary: Rs.49000/- plus HRA per month fixed for M.Sc. and Rs.54000/- plus HRA per month fixed for Ph.D. on contractual basis
