Purchase Executive
Job Description
- Maintain our supply inventory levels and negotiate deals with potential vendors..
- Compare product deliveries with issued purchase orders and contact vendors when there are discrepancy
- Prepare purchase orders and send copies to suppliers and to departments originating requests.
- Determine if inventory quantities are sufficient for needs, ordering more materials when necessary.
- Respond to customer and supplier inquiries about order.
- Work in the purchase function for procurement of materials
- Build and maintain the smooth flow of supplies through Vendor Development including inviting quotations, comparison, negotiation, coordination with suppliers & transporters
- Managing vendor development & vendor assessment for cost effective and quality procurement of materials do Coordination with Supply Chain Department.
- To maintain complete updated purchasing records /data and in accordance with the records of Costing Department, Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
- Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures,
