Prepare Schedule to suppliers as per MPS plan, priority fixing considering the stock & lead time required for manufacturing.
Optimal level as per inventory norms.
Ensure quality material supplied by vendor, as per schedule.
To maintain coordination with venders items fellow up (55vendors and 1500 items). Service providers and transport carriers.
Costing of new product/ alternate source & out sourcing items preparing quotation in stipulated time.
Procurement of machined parts and other material as per the requisition/ schedule considering the stock in hand.
Sending RFQ to suppliers and marking comparative statement after receiving quotations.
MIS for suppliers on quality and delivery.
Coordinating with Vendor and Quality dept for quality issues.
Coordinating dispatches with production, stores as per the day wise dispatch schedule.
Ensure periodical disposal scrap.
Knowing Kannada language is mandatory
