Job Description:

On receipt of indent check the availability of material in stock the items against the tender quantity.
Release enquiries to vendors and collect quotations for the material under indent received from project leasers.Prepare comparative statement of material negotiate .
The rates with Supplier Prepare Purchase Order/Work Order after Approval Of Comparative Statement.Review PO For Its required Compliance i.e quality Inspection Instruction etc.
Send PO/WO above Rs. 100000 to pre audit Department Clear PO/WO With Compliance Get The Material Readiness From Vendor and Getting It Inspected from the concerned authority And getting the inspection report (Where inspection is Applicable).
Follow Up with supplier for Timely Delivery.
Follow up with supplier for replacement of rejected material if any.
To amend/cancel purchase order/work order for rate/delivery clause or Any other reasons & Intimate To Supplier.Follow-up with account for payments of vendors.
Release Enquiries to Vendors and collect quotations for the materials required by BD team for new Tenders.
Maintaining and monitoring all quality records as per ISO and Review the same.
