Job Description
- An excellent understanding of the end to end Procurement process and capable to handle the day to day commercial procurement activity.
- Preparation of QAF & Purchase orders.
- Follow up with vendors for timely delivery of material.
- Coordination with Production, Planing, Stores to cater day to day production requirements.
- Coordination with vendors to resolve technical queries received from various departments & authorities.
- Coordinating with Corporate Compliance department for necessary approvals.
- Preparing various MIS reports.
- Coordination with accounts department for vendor’s payment related issues.
- Strategic Supplier relationship Management.
- Provides back-up support in the Procurement Department.
