- Industry: Fabrication Industry
- Position:- Purchase Manager - male Candidate.
- Age:- Not above 35. with good communication skills send working in same industry type.
- Note: And we are looking for candidates who can join immediately.*
- Graduation with Purchase Management or BE/Diploma(Ele./Mech.).
- Exp. in the relevant manufacturing fabrication industry between 7 yrs. to 9 yrs.
- Location: Chennai - Ayanambakkam
- Procurement:
- Request received from site
- Verification of Estimation & Budget
- Material Identification
- Vendor/ Subcontractor Identification
- Obtaining of Quotation
- Comparison of quotation
- Negotiation of material rate
- Submission of new vendor/material details
- Forecasting of capital goods rate.
- Purchase Order Raising
- Purchase Order Issued to Vendor
- Work Order Raising
- Work Order Issued to Sub Contractors
- Follow up of the PO till Delivery at site
- Follow up of contractors on daily basis
- Co-Ordination with Project team for material delivery
- Co-Ordination with Estimation team
- Co-Ordination with Design team
- Billing
- Clarification of Bill if any
- Rectification of bill clarification
- Stores
- Raising indents for material not in stock
- Documentation
- Reports on Indent Vs Ordered
- Reports on Ordered Vs Supplied
- Monthly Report - Procurement
