Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Design, plan and implement purchasing strategies/systems/processes.
Search new Raw material suppliers and farmers based on things like product, cost, quality,
service, distribution capabilities, availability and TC.
Responsible to evaluate and finalize potential suppliers and farmers.
To prepare and finalize the contracts/agreement with the farmers and suppliers.
Placing order, co-ordinating and follow-up of RM from Suppliers/Project/ farmers.
Responsible for tracking the progress of all RM and addressing any problems to the Purchase
Head.
Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand.
Search and finalize the processing units with entire certification as per the products.
Track and update orders and ensure timely delivery.
Monitor and update Purchase Head regarding price fluctuations of goods and vendor pricing
on a daily basis.
Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors.
