- Experience with troubleshooting tools such as etherial, tcpdump, wireshark, windows viewer, windbg, nmap
- Experience with Firewalls/IPS/IDS and security concepts, antivirus, VPN and troubleshooting these appliances
- Exp in Windows and Linux Operating systems, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
- Exp interacting with customers
- Experience in deploying various web applications on web application deployment software like Tomcat, JBoss App Server, Wildfly App Server, Weblogic App Server, IBM Websphere App Server, Microsoft .NET, Microsoft IIS
