QA Automation Engineer Jobs in Bangalore - Tacklesoft Pvt. Ltd
Job Description
- Develop test plans, testing strategies and test cases for our web and mobile (Android and iOS) applications
- Help automate our existing suite of hundreds of manual test cases (using Protractor and Cucumber) for our web application
- Create new automated tests for features (for both our web and mobile applications) while they are being developed
- Participate in the manual QA of features and bug fixes to ensure that they are QA complete within the sprint
- Work closely with the product team to clarify requirements, identify various use cases and edge cases
- Track, report and verify bugs using JIRA and communicate with the engineers to ensure that they are fixed appropriately
- Take part in the release management process
- CSS and Javascript
- Comfortable working with SQL and databases
- Familiarity in an agile environment
- Understanding of practices such as continuous integration and continuous deployment
- Excellent communication
- Knowledge of industry standard QA tools such as Protractor
