Job Description

Required Skills:

Basic Java programming knowledge

Basic knowledge on QA testing methodology and tools

Strong self learner with willingness to learn and interest in QA automation.

Roles and responsibilities:

Will be working as a freelancer and should be able to devote at least 25 hours/week.

Candidate should be having a laptop with decent configuration and a reliable internet

connection.

Flexible working hours

Will be required to do both manual and automation QA

Analysing/preparing test cases and debugging defects.

Automation responsibility - developing test scripts/framework using Java for web/mobile/APIs.

Performance testing of web based applications

Since this is a freelancing role - no laptop/machine will be provided for the same.

The candidate won’t be given an employment certificate as this is a purely freelancing consultant role.

Hiring Process:

The candidate need to appear for an assessment. The assessment would be based on selenium web automation (in any language/framework) and git.

If the candidate is able to clear the assessment within a given time period, then would be given an opportunity to work as a freelancing consultant in QA Automation with one of the clients.

The salary package would depend on the assessment performance score.
