QA Engineer Jobs in Bangalore - Orange tech solutions
Job Description
- 1 to 2 years of industrial exposure in plastic injection molding process.
- Line clearance verification to be carry out during every start up.
- Mold loading and Un-loading feedback to be provided on the product quality
- Carryout visual and dimensional inspection on the FOA samples received.
- Provide FOA and communicate the acceptance of same to production Incharge.
- Interact and provide feedback to production team in case of FOA samples does not meet the requirements.
- Preserve FOA samples at Machine area along with product file.
- Preserve the in process retains on daily basis with proper identification
- Maintain the Drawings, Control plan, Work instructions, Visual Checklist etc.
- In case of Rejections identify them with ON HOLD tag & raise NC report and issue to production.Insist to stop production in case of NC to correct Quality problem
- Prepare daily Inprocess inspection reports, after approval handover to Doc controlInprocess dimensional / visual inspection to be carried out.
- Sampling inspection of parts produced to be carried and give clearanceQuality system compliance & maintenance.
- Working with operations to reduce Percentage
- Knowledge on ISO 9001:2008 & ISO 13485:2003 standards (Desired)
- Knowledge on drawing interpretation & Control plan,
- Knowledge on Calibration
- Knowledge on Measurement Technics.
- Knowledge on measuring instruments
- Knowledge on internal CAPA.
