Job Description
- 2-5 years of experience in automation testing
- Experience of testing large complex enterprise level products
- Experience and Hands On with Automation Framework Development and Automation Scripting
- Working knowledge of TestNG/Junit and Maven
- Experience and technical knowledge of best approaches and practices to test automation, framework, and test design
- Strong knowledge of Selenium with Java (or QTP and VB Scripting)
- Thorough knowledge of STLC (Software Test Life Cycle) and software engineering concepts
- Good verbal and written communication
- Passionate to work in dynamic and challenging environment and constantly strive to improve product quality.
- JMeter execution and scripting experience
- API (Soap and Rest) Understanding and Automation
- Knowledge of Jenkins
- Understanding the product flows and being able to convert them into automation test scripts.
- Develop and enhance automation framework capabilities.
- On a need basis, run the performance scripts on Jmeter or create the new scripts timeliness and quality delivery of all technical deliverables including test scripts, daily automation test reports and test summary reports.
- Defect logging and verification. Ability to log a clear and concise defect and followup with Development team till closure.
- Constantly monitoring escalations, bugs reported and performing root cause analysis
- Closely work with development team in refining and improving software engineering processes.
