ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deliver consistent high-quality software testing scripts for functional testing
Create comprehensive test plans and automation test suites
Oversee Automation of test cases by reviewing, writing and debugging automation scripts and unit testing
Conducts Performance Testing by creating testing plans and executing them
Translate non-functional requirements into performance test scripts
Create performance test plans, baselines, execute planned tests
Adhere to performance metrics (CPU, memory, IO, Network, etc.)
Responsible to executing automated and manual testing.
Responsible to tracking and logging defects during execution.
Generating reports such as defect analysis report, project status report, etc.
Test & report bugs in applications/products
Should be able to understand customer / end user's requirements and should own the issue till closure.
Actively participate in requirement analysis and test design.
Work with product team/designer.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Provide proactive advice and feedback throughout the software testing lifecycle for prevention and early correction of quality problem.
Demonstrate relationship building and teamwork skills within all levels of the organization in a collaborative effort.
Must be adaptable in a changing environment and be effective in many different business settings.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Experience in testing Web Applications(either manual or automated)
Test Automation tools experiences, such as Protractor, Selenium, RestAssured, TestComplete, Appium, and JMeter
Be knowledgeable about HTML, DOM, API, Git, and Jasmine
Good proficiency in the English language Nice to have
TypeScript language and Protractor test automation background
Experience in performance testing
Experience in transforming use cases into performance scripts using industry standard tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, and Gatling
Experience using industry standard APM tools such as NewRelic, AppyDynamics, DynaTrace
Good experience in Web/Rest API testing.
Experience in working on Agile based projects.
Good experience of writing clear and thorough test plans and test cases.
Should have expertise in various test developments and design methodologies.
Experience of testing applications on Windows Server.
Working knowledge on SQL server(or equivalent database technology).
Good Interpersonal and team working Skills

Your daily activities include setting up the test environments, automating test cases for functional and performance testing.
