Job Description
- Verification of batch production records, cleaning records, laboratory control records.
- Investigation, follow-up and recording of Out Of Specification (OOS) results, Out Of Trend (OOT) results and Out Of Calibration (OOC) results, customer complaints and deviations.
- Preparation of standard operating procedures.
- Maintaining change control.
- Preparation of process and cleaning validation protocols and reports.
