QA Lead

· Having 4-6 years of experience in Web-based Application

· Should have handled a team size 5-10 for at least 2 yrs.

· Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities

· Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes

· Experience in analyzing specifications provided by the client and writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases

· Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process

· Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus

· Review and validate the test results

UG Qualification

BE/ BCA/ MCA/MCM or equivalent technical degree preferred

PG Qualification

Any postgraduate- Any specialization

Role

· Define the project management process to be applied to the project.

· Assure that all team members understand their roles and accept their responsibilities · Apply project resources according to the approved project plan.

· Track and report on progress to plan.

· Establish and publish clear priorities among project activities.

· Coordinate management and technical decisions.

· Arbitrate and resolve conflict and interface problems within the project.

· Provide input on the performance of project team members to their supervisors.
