Job Description

Role: QA Specialist

Eligibility Criteria:

Must be a Graduate
Excellent Communication skills
Associates must have 12 to 48 months of BPO Experience (Inbound Voice - Postpaid/Prepaid/Customer Service)
Knowledge and experience in Quality is desirable
Languages required - (English/Hindi/Kashmiri(1) ; E/H/Tamil(5); E/H/Malayalam(2) ; E/H/Kannada(7); E/H/Bengali(4); E/H/Marathi(4); E/H/Oriya(2); E/H/Assamese(2); E/H/Gujarati(1); – Immediate Joinees / 20 Days notice - Priority
Day Shift – 9 AM to 6 PM
Rotational Week off’s ( 2 Consecutive Days)
Transport: One way Point pick up ( Morning hours )
