- Excellent team skills and integrity in a professional environment
- TCP/IP network expertise
- Knowledge of server virtualization, SAN and NAS technologies
- Experience supporting remote offices and data centers
Preferred Skills Required:
- System Administration on Linux and its derivatives,Windows Servers(2003/2008/2010)
- Strong knowledge in Linux plus Windows commands
- Knowledge in shell scripting
- Web servers ( nginx, apache )
- Database Servers ( PostgreSQL,MySQL )
- Virtualization and managing virtual machines
- Perform installations/patching of operating system, software installation, and system backups,database backups,data recovery
- Knowledge of version control systems SVN and git
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure and other cloud platforms
- Red Hat Certified preferred
