Job Description

Will report to Quality Control Manager, who is based in Gurgaon and be responsible for QC/QA of trims , fabrics sourced for production

Develop & Implement quality systems in the manufacturing units of the Export houses/Vendors

Ensure the quality as per Buyers' standards from sampling to shipment.

Implement stringent quality standards specified by the organization, to enhance the quality of products and reduce rejection/wastage

Ensuring smooth functioning of the process by assuring the SOP manual is followed.

Responsible for Pre-production meeting & Risk Analysis.

Candidate Profile

Candidate must have strong knowledge of Total Quality Management systems in garment manufacturing unit, Buying House or Export House
Strong in terms of Technical & Compliance of Quality Systems & Process. QC/QA
Sound in technical details and production process quality systems
Strong Administrative Skills required, with Strong technical & quality systems knowledge
Excellent communication & Managerial skills with Strategic thinking & Troubleshooting & Planning abilities.

Qualifications: Fashion Designing specialist from NIFT or similar Design School
