Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Control:
Ensuring that all repairs and maintenance are performed to the required quality standards, adhering to OEM guidelines and company policies.
Repair Process Supervision:
Overseeing the entire repair process, from receiving the vehicle to its completion, to ensure efficiency and adherence to timelines.
Technician Management:
Assigning work to technicians based on their skills, providing guidance, and monitoring their performance.
Problem Solving:
Identifying and resolving issues related to repairs, including repeat complaints and technical challenges.
Resource Management:
Ensuring the availability of necessary tools, equipment, and parts for the repair process.
Customer Communication:
Communicating with customers regarding repair estimates, progress updates, and addressing any concerns.
Safety Compliance:
Ensuring that all work is performed in a safe manner, adhering to safety regulations and procedures.
Documentation:
Maintaining accurate records of repairs, parts used, and other relevant information.
Continuous Improvement:
Identifying opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the repair process.
Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of automotive systems and repair procedures.
Supervisory Skills: Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team of technicians.
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with technicians, customers, and other stakeholders.
