- The candidate will be responsible for conducting quality audits and capturing findings of overall call related to functions like operations, cross sell and Collections.
- He should able to do add a value to Telesales.
- Should be able to identify areas of improvement.
- Need to do Quality Checks of Voice/ non voice
- Monitor calls and provide a written and verbal feedback of all the monitored/audited calls and coach the team members basis the feedback
- Required to compile audit results of the team
- Fortnightly/Monthly calibration with floor supervisors/TLs
- A person who has knowledge about of MS Excel, analytical bent of mind and an eye for detail.
- A person who has an urge to make a career in a Quality Department.
- A person who is a quick learner and wants to grab the new techniques of Quality Field.
- 1 to 2 years minimum experience as a quality analyst/specialist. Minimum
