Job Description
Summary:
- The role serves to evaluate the work done by the Field executives & provide feedback to the business team for improvement
- To do the audits as per the allocation.
- To do the investigation in case of any fraud and help the field business team to improve.
- Should share regular feedback with the Sr. FQA/Supervisor.
- Should be able to conduct the special audits as per the requirement.
- Should be able to find new address & phone numbers of the customer.
- Graduate, with minimum 1 years of collections experience.
- Computer literacy: Internet, Email, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
- Should be able to coordinate with other department efficiently to resolve queries.
- Candidates who are result oriented.
- Candidates who are process oriented
- Candidates with 1years (+) of relevant experience.
