Job Description
This is a Quality Analyst role for the CRM Team in redBus. The Quality Analyst is responsible for offering the customers the highest functional quality services. Identify the knowledge
gaps, process gaps & Language gaps and ensure documentation of the work flow process. Calibration within team and with TLs. Prepare & Monitor reports and analyse trends to provide inputs for increasing productivity and excellence. Monitoring and maintaining
quality of feedback to CCEs.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
ï· Quality score of more than 85% for last 6 months
ï· Good in communication skills
ï· Strong in product knowledge
ï· Basic knowledge in Excel
ï· Willing to work in shifts (Male candidates into night/rotational shifts)
ï· Combination of English, Hindi & any 1 or 2 South Indian Languages
