Quality Analyst
Job Description
- To review the translated document by comparing it with the source file and to check if the target file is accurate in terms of context, language, format and client’s specifications.
- Journals User manuals Information leaflet Authorization letters Clinical Trial related documents Documents related to drug manufacturing process Psychoanalysis Test (Doctor-Patient Telephonic Conversation) Checking for language, compliance, readability, accuracy and presentation errors and ensuring that relevant fixes are made before delivering the files to client
- Clarification of the mismatches identified in Back Translation with respect to original and getting it clarified by the FT reviewer/translator
- Resending the document to the translator in case of any clarifications.
- Sharing feedback to the translators on their quality of work.
- Resending the document to the Linguists in case of any clarifications.
- Performing a final check on the document from the formatting point of view in order to meet the client requirements.
- Translator evaluation for new translator & suggesting whether they can be empanelled by referring to the already approved sample.
- Maintaining and updating the daily tracker
