Qualification: Any Graduate [10+2+3]

Skills Required for Chat / Blended:

B.E/B.Tech are not allowed.
Minimum 0.6 Year experience in Customer Service OR Chat OR Voice OR Backend
Should have Good Communication Skill.
Should have Good Written & Verbal Skill.
Should have good Problem Solving Skill.
Should be flexible for 24*7 Shift.

Skills required for Quality Analyst:

Minimum 0.06 Year relevant experience in Quality.
Should have strong Knowledge OR working experience in Quality Tools.
Should have basic knowledge of Transaction Quality / Six Sigma / Green Belt
Should have Good Communication Skill.
Should have Good Written & Verbal Skill.
Should be any Graduate.
Should be flexible for 24*7 Shift.
