Job Description
- Audit, Monitoring, Feedback & Training
- Develop models & parameters to test quality in the relevant areas.
- Monitor the new processes & recorded calls and provide marking & feedback.
- Based on the test results introduce new policies and procedures in area which are lacking in quality
- Present the improvement results to the top management.
- Train business analysts on what areas to work with.
- Train soft skills & make them aware about company’s process.
- Analyze processes from the end customers view point.
- Introduce a calibration process to make team’s view similar & for improvement of quality analyst.
- Ensure that high-quality programs and processes and implemented in a way that is easy to use for other employees in the organization
