Job Description
The primary purpose of the job holder is to make out-bound calls and perform other activities as directed by the Head Quality, to existing customers / students with the objective of assessing the quality of customer experience and ensure adherence to all processes across all functions within the organisation.
ü Receive cases allocated by the Head Quality (on basis of Prioritization of cases) on weekly basis
ü Receive critical cases allocated by the Head Quality on daily basis
ü To initiate calling to students
ü Understanding the reasons for their dis-satisfaction / problems
ü Recording the feedback from the students on detailed problem statement
ü Recording the level of understanding of the students
ü Providing assurance to the students that the problems will be resolved with 24 hours through escalation
ü Reporting to Head Quality about escalated cases and ensure solution
ü Communicate problem to Manager - Operations for the respective branch, seek reply, and call back the student to ensure problem solution
