Job Description
- To monitor calls regularly for the assigned agents
- To provide feedback regularly to the assigned agents
- To ensure that the Quality benchmarks are fulfilled for the assigned agents
- Call Calibration internally and externally with client(s) if required
- Candidate should drive Quality Initiatives in order to increase the Quality Scores
- Candidate should be well versed with MS Office [especially MS Excel]
- Candidate should be involved in Analysis & Problem Solving
Key skills:
Call Monitoring, Call Quality, Voice Based Operations, Good Listening Skills, Very good at providing feedback/coaching as and when required.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Education:
(UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization)
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as Quality Analyst or Quality Coach or Quality Executive for any International Voice process (Preferably Sales/Collections) – but fulfilling the above mentioned job responsibilities.
Salary:
- Range: 2.40 LPA – 3.20 LPA
