- Monitoring Voice & Non Voice TransactionsCoaching and Feedback to Associates
- Providing training to the new joiner’s on compliance audit and FMEA audits.
- Meet the Q-Rep Minimum Skills Requirements
- Conduct call auditing workshops and Joint Monitoring Sessions.
- Attend Internal & Client Calibration Sessions
- Provide feedback to the SME(s), Team Lead(s) &Trainer(s)
- Implement MIP as per the guidelines.
- Identify and highlight Failure Modes in the process
- Identify unethical practices/behavior and highlight to higher level
- Creating weekly and monthly Audit Report and to analyze the floor gaps to streamline the process.
- Generate the QA reports and TNA, communicate the same to the Quality Lead/ Operations Manager.
