Recruiting well-qualified and seriously interested candidates for a QA Analyst position.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• University degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• 4+ years of formal QA/testing experience, working on customer-facing enterprise-class software solutions.
• Comfortable in managing multiple testing approaches from Manual to Automation.
• Experience with automation frameworks preferably Selenium WebDriver and Appium. 
• Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, Java Scripting, APIs/WebServices etc.
• Experience with testing APIs with Postman.
• Experience with issue tracking software such as JIRA etc.
• Experience with SQL queries. 
• Knowledge of version control systems, such as SVN or Git.
• Knowledge with CI/CD environment, such as Jenkins is a plus.
• Strong familiarity with software lifecycle and quality assurance concepts, testing, approaches, and planning.
• Strong test documentation, management, execution, and reporting skills.
• Strong ability to understand business processes and logic.
• Strong communication (written and verbal), organizational & interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented Agile work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform software testing to ensure the quality of mobile and web-based applications.
• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents.
• Create thorough well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities with other Dev and QA team members.
• Perform manual testing employing different methodologies per the need; functional, regression, integration testing, etc.
• Design, develop and execute test automation scripts.
• Identify, record, document, and track bugs within the issue tracking software.
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing developments to meet client needs.
• Monitor debugging process results.
• Track quality assurance metrics.
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
