Job Description: Quality Assurance Analyst AmeriLife Direct is searching for a Quality Assurance Analyst to support the on-going development of our Medicare sales team. The primary task of the quality analyst is call monitoring and providing actionable insight. Through call monitoring, a QA analyst will gather information to help improve agent performance in the call center. As he or she monitors the call, they have an evaluation form that will be used to capture the information. Calibration sessions are required to ensure that all key departments are calibrated on what constitutes a quality call. These sessions are an opportunity to discuss issues and trends as well as cover any new material. Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: Strong focus and ability to listen to live and/or recorded sales calls ensuring federal, carrier and Company expectations are met. Create a solid quality assurance program. Strong computer and internet skills. Ability to work independently and share call evaluations to improve quality scores.

Ability to actively listen to calls and inspect presentations to ensure compliance. Ability/capacity to understand multiple insurance carriers' products and help consumers shop for coverage which meets their needs and budgetary requirements. Develop evaluation programs Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Background in Medicare sales and marketing preferred. Active State Health Insurance License preferred. .
