Job Responsibility

  • Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans, test cases and Use case scenarios

  • Executing test cases/test scenarios and documenting the same

  • Raising and tracking all bugs and perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved

  • Own the Quality Assurance of the application and responsible for any defects going in production. Raise red flag if the quality for a release is not up to the mark.

  • Be the Customer Champion (Customer Voice) within the team

  • Understand the product completely from the following perspectives

    • Completely understand the current features

    • Understand how these are used by the customers

    • Suggest possible enhancements

  • Own the customer onboarding and initial setup

  • Solve customer non technical issues and be the first line of support

Skills we are looking for:

  • Having BachelorÂ’s degree

  • Around 1 year experience in Manual testing (not mandatory)

  • Good Aptitude

  • Confident and Strong communication skills

  • Must be a creative solutions thinker

  • Must be detail oriented

  • An entrepreneurial spirit with a can-do positive attitude
