We are looking for Quality Head with ( 10+ years of experience In Software Quality Assurance ) Bangalore Location.

Qualification : Graduate
Experience : 10+ years ( Experience In Software Quality Assurance )
Salary : 30% Hike on Last CTC
Shift : Day Shift ( No Cabs )( Sat & Sun Fixed Off )
Location : BTM Layout ( Bangalore )

REQUIREMENTS: 
10+ years of experience in quality assurance of cloud-based applications, with at least 3+ years building, directing and managing QA teams
QA experience with complex and configuration heavy systems, preferably with regulatory test cases
Hands-on with best practices for setting up QA environments, CI/CD pipelines and automation
Prior experience with QA tools, such as Selenium, Postman, Jenkins, Appium, TestComplete etc.
Prior experience with load testing of web applications, infrastructure services and benchmarking
Prior experience handling test coverage for security, scalability, availability and SPOF
Expert knowledge of handling product releases on live environments without service disruption
Programming and Scripting experience using one or more of Ruby, Python, C#, C++ etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for defining manual and automated testing processes based on best practices
Define and implement quality criteria for Definition of Done (DoD) across all engineering teams
Manage the direction of QA teams by coaching team members for maximum agility and efficiency
Provide technical guidance to engineering teams on best practices for developer testing
Assist in the selection of software testing tools at every stage of product development lifecycle
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of automation frameworks to accelerate QA cycles
Monitor and continuously prioritize QA backlog in issue tracking system for all products
Ensure automated regression coverage in CI pipeline for all products and environments.
Ensure that automation coverage is continuously extended to include newly released features
Ensure coverage for latest regulatory requirements by working closely with domain specialists
Ensure all customer specific quality requirements are covered by carefully reviewing contracts
Responsible for compiling and reporting on quality system performance to senior leadership
