Job Responsibilities:To carry out in process quality
check.
To compliance with cGMP norms.
BMR & BPR Allocation.
BMR & BPR Review and
verification of reconciliation.
Verify Monthly record of Pressure
differential, temperature monitoring record etc.
Maintain the documentation/control
sample room and its record.
Dispensing of Raw material.
Evaluation and investigation of
deviations/incidence/NCR and CAPA.
Evaluation of change controls,
impact assessment & closure of change control
Prepare BMR and BPR.
MFR Preparation
Preparation of Hold time study
and its execution
Maintain the cleaning validation
record.
Maintain the risk assessment
record.
Prepare process validation
protocol/report and execution.
Prepare and review SOP.
To witness the calibration &
validation activity carried out by external agencies.
Maintain the training record.
The designation and monitoring of
storage conditions for materials and products.
The retention of records.
The monitoring of compliance with
the requirements of Good Manufacturing Practice. Maintain
the vendor documents and tracking the qualification of vendor.
