Job Description
1. Audit voice/email/chat transactions as per SOP
2. Handle the voice recording feedback for each transaction
3. Attend weekly calibration session
4. Report red alert transactions
5. Maintain library of wow calls, good calls, and poor calls and share with operations and training
6. Highlight improvement areas for process and policy based on audits done

1. Must be ready to work 6 days a week based on business requirements
2. Understanding of quality methods and tools (score calculations, parameters ratings, etc.)
3. Customer service-oriented
4. Should have prior knowledge of customer care processes and techniques
5. Excellent coaching skills
6. Previous work experience with an e-commerce company would be desirable but is not mandatory
7. Good in MS Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
8. Proficient in Hindi & English
9. A keen eye for detail
10. Should be a good team player
11. Must possess great interpersonal skills to interact with different teams within the organization
12. Strong written and verbal communication skills
13. Good aptitude skills- reasoning and logic
14. Should have a good aptitude for fact-finding
15. Undergraduate or graduate (from any educational field)
16. A minimum of 3 years of work experience in the contact center
17. A minimum 1-year experience as a quality analyst
