Role :Quality Auditor / Inspector
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the Overall Line Quality
2. First piece approval for the production.
3. Dimension Checking of the parts by using Vernier / Profile Projector & Checking Fixtures
4. Hourly monitoring of the process parameters & product quality
5. Controlling Line rejections and maintaining within the targets.
6. Preparation of VDI and updation
7. Line rejection analysis and CAPA.
8. Training new operators on visual checking methods and defects.

Qualification : Diploma/B.E - Mechanical / Automobile
