Job Description
- Manages hiring process in a high-volume /
time-sensitive environment
- Knowledge of IT technologies
- Responsible for checking references,
negotiating terms and rates for each project, coordinating the interview process
- One needs to coordinate with Recruiters and
Account Manager on day to day Basis.
- Ensuring submission of profiles to account manager
on daily basis – after having quality pass based upon various checks viz. Visa
documents verification, technical skills rating etc.
- Responsible
for taking technical interviews based on Various IT
Technologies
- Willing
to Learn working standards on various job
boards - Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
- Exceptional
networking skills and abilities to keep their candidates hot and ready for a
submit
- Coordinates
recruiting activities
- Weekly performance reports
