Job Description
Dimensional inspection.
Witness & review the PWHT, Hardness reports. Interpret the Radiography films and reports.
Witness and monitoring of hydro testing.
Welder RT Performance updating and monitor project repair percentage and welder wise.
Witness & Monitoring of Bolt Tightening activities on Piping.
Material inspections and verifications with certificates and project specifications.
Monitor during welding preheating.
Pipe Book updating.
Maintaining the records such as WPS, PQR, and Welder Qualification Certificate.
To carryout in stage inspection and final inspection fabrication and site erection.
Ensure that installed piping components conform to approved isometric and project specification.
Conducting all calibration of all welding equipments and maintaining the datas.
Coordinate internal QA / QC Audit.
